I hard a hard time today with excercises, my knees really hurt, I think it 's the skipping.
Yesterday I was shocked when I noticed I was gaining weight instead of losing...P said I should fit a jeans to check if I was actually gaining or it was muscle, well it wasn 't tighter than before, so I guess we 're good here and I 'm actually getting muscles for the first time in my life, all though I haven 't found them yet on my body...
Well let 's see what the scale tells me next week!
