No more shitty cooking! Jeeh!

Finally the nasty diet sheets will be removed from the kitchen and normal cooking starts again, what a relief!

Day 53 Need indulgence!

I definitely haven 't got my best PCP week ever and that 's not as in excersize or diet (I 'm doing everything properly) but I 'm just not motivated... I 'm a little bored, not going out as much (or I 'd better say, not at all!) and I feel like an alcoholic since I miss a nice glass of wine every now an then...
One thing for sure, when I finish this, I 'll have the best dinner ever and I 'll have a sh*tload of wine!
Looking forward to day 90 :$

Apart from all that, I think I 'm doing well with the muscle building, I guess I 'm the only one, who gained weight from day one, which I thought was a problem at first, but with the difference that my body is showing me right now, I guess that was good. So new PCP-ers who are also seeing the scale going up... throw the scale away and check yourself in the mirror every now and then!
Good luck to all and I bet I 'm in a better PCP mood after the weekend.... I 'll have my indulgence dinner soon!! Woehoee!

Day 48 Back in Hong Kong

After two weeks back in Hong Kong and back on track. Had a good training in the gym yesterday, I 'm definitely making progress, although not losing weight, you can see a difference when it comes to muscles. I 'm very stable and that feels good.
It will be much easier to maintain the diet here, so that 's good, allthough another 42 days seems really loooooooooooooong to me, but well we started, so I 'd better finish too.....

Day 44

I' m still on my business trip, but I 'm going home this week. It was really hard to manage the diet with dinners etc, so I have failed some times, although I really made sure I was eating the best thing on the menu. The hardest thing was seeing my friends and going out with not having a drink. So sometimes I had one anyway, shame on me!
But well anyway the exercises are still going very well, so I don 't think I really failed to much these last 2 weeks....
This week back on track in Hong Kong, so that will make everything more stable again!

Day 36

Jumpropes in the rain in Holland is great, not so hot, so you can go endlessly....rain together with an Ipod with David Guetta beats is what you need! You don 't have to love the guy for his music, but you can love him for exactly the right beat to jump...

Day 30

Find PCP food in China on a business trip was not as easy as I thought...
This week new business trip coming up for two weeks, to Europe, so that must be easy with the food. Only business dinners are gonna be tough, what are you gonna say,  'waiter can I have an apple as a starter and an egg for main' ...mmm that is gonna be hard, but i' ll definitely go for it, while I feel that the whole training and food program is already paying off, I feel stronger and more fit than before.
Thank god, I 'm finally enjoying the skipping, well enjoying...?! it ' s more like a CAN skip, whereas before I just saw my PCP buddy Ferdy skipping as if it was his proffesion and I really sucked at the time!

Well let 's see if I' m still on trac after the trip, but I 'll definitely try!

Day 23

I hard a hard time today with excercises, my knees really hurt, I think it 's the skipping.
Yesterday I was shocked when I noticed I was gaining weight instead of losing...P said I should fit a jeans to check if I was actually gaining or it was muscle, well it wasn 't tighter than before, so I guess we 're good here and I 'm actually getting muscles for the first time in my life, all though I haven 't found them yet on my body...
Well let 's see what the scale tells me next week!
