Another day of doing my training in the morning and I must admit I have some pain in my muscles.
I never like to start doing the whole thing, but once it 's over and I take a cold shower, it 's worth it and I feel much better than a regular morning without it....
so I guess things start to change already for my body, I have more energy during the day, although I feel like going to bed earlier than before.
Time for breakfast now, I better enjoy it, because dinner seems to shrink already!
