After two weeks back in Hong Kong and back on track. Had a good training in the gym yesterday, I 'm definitely making progress, although not losing weight, you can see a difference when it comes to muscles. I 'm very stable and that feels good.
It will be much easier to maintain the diet here, so that 's good, allthough another 42 days seems really loooooooooooooong to me, but well we started, so I 'd better finish too.....
May be cliche but I'm at day 80 and the days seriously went by without me noticing. It'll be over before you know it!
